Appointments are usually available seven days a week and I can usually accommodate your needs with 24-48 hours notice. I can do inspection in the evening and/or around your work schedules. When placing a call, please have all of the listing data describing the home and its address handy. If I am away from the office, just leave a message on my voice mail and I will call you back as soon as possible.
Your final home inspection report, in pdf format, will be given to you within two days and only after payment is received by me. You will get, per your preference, either printout or e-mail of the report. The report is also available, with your permission, to the realestate agent and lawyer.
